1. Join the right game
- Scan the player QR on the shared screen, open the game link your host shared, or use Join a game on the homepage.
- Enter the six-character game code and four-digit player PIN if they aren’t already filled in.
- Choose a name or nickname the host can recognize. Your name and score can appear on other players’ phones and shared screens.
2. Make your best guess
Read the current question on your phone or the shared display. Easy, medium, and hard questions have green, yellow, and red difficulty indicators, with a text label too.
The host decides how answers are given: spoken aloud, written down, or another arrangement for your group. Lulu does not collect or automatically grade typed player answers. Multiple choice shows four options; the host still awards the points.
New arrivals may wait for host admission or the next round. Waiting players cannot see the current question or answer.
3. Enjoy the reveal
The host reveals the answer, decides who got it right, and awards points. An individual correct answer earns one point. Nobody got it? The answer appears with a no-points message.
Keep the same browser and device to reconnect with your registration and score. Private browsing, clearing cookies, or switching devices may create a new registration.
Mix it up with a team round
When the host publishes teams, follow the team prompt on your phone. Teams belong to that round only. The host approves arrivals and changes; captains are optional.
Each correct team answer adds a point to your team’s round score, not your personal score. If your team wins when the host finalizes the round, eligible full-round members get +2 personal points, and anyone who joined or switched mid-round gets +1. Leave before the finish and you get no team bonus. Personal totals carry across rounds within this game.
Keep the party connected
Leave the game open and use a stable connection. If Lulu warns about your signal, move to a better spot or join trusted Wi-Fi. Networks and background tabs can delay updates; perfectly simultaneous delivery is not guaranteed.
Playing remotely? Arrange a voice or video call outside Lulu to hear the host and give your answer.
